Q: Why is the clean eating program 60-days?

A: Programs that are only a week or two rarely instill changes that last after the program is over. Our team has taken many clients through programs of different lengths and the longer they commit to a program the more long-lasting results they see. You can do the program for as long as you wish, and we will be available to you for support until the end of each season.

Q: Do I continue to take my medications? Does my coach need to be aware?

A: Yes, continue to take your medications. Please consult your doctor as well as contact our team.

Q: I am hypoglycemic is this program safe?

A: Yes. Please inform our team as we recommend having a private session with you.

Q: Can I address a question to a coach privately if I don’t want to share with the group?

A: We highly recommend that you share your questions or concerns with the group, even if you are hesitant to do so. You’ll be amazed at the outpouring of love and support you will get as well as others who can relate. If you still want to ask a coach a private question you may do so during your own 1:1 session or you can purchase a private coaching package. If there is something serious—please contact Lynne and put “Serious Coaching Concern” in the subject.

Q: What if I am still hungry after eating the meals?

A: Wait 20 minutes and then if you are still feeling unsatisfied… definitely eat! We are not about counting calories or deprivation. We recognize that everyone’s needs are different and you are more than welcome to supplement with additional recipes or snacks that we provide in the program. 

Q: Is exercise ok during the program?

A: Of course. We recommend that you continue with your regular workouts if they are already part of your routine. If you plan on starting a new exercise program please consult your doctor. Advanced Clean Eaters will reduce exercise because they will be holding back on meat proteins and shedding large amounts of toxins. During that week we encourage clients to do more yoga, stretching, walking, and gentle forms of cardio.

Q: What If I can’t find all the ingredients at the grocery store?

A: If you can’t find all of your ingredients locally, you can order online ahead of time. Amazon.com is a great resource. Also, we provide a substitutions list that you can take with you to the store to help you make decisions on what to buy. Feel free to speak up in the group on Facebook.

Q: Can someone help me prepare the meals?

A: Although we would love to help you cook your meals, we are not available to do so. We recommend asking a friend to join you in the kitchen to make it a fun experience for you both! If that’s not an option, we have a list of recommended personal chefs that can prepare the food for you. If that’s not in your budget, we’ll happily provide a few local meal delivery options for you.

Q: Will I have to drink lots of juice, only eat vegetables, and give up everything I love?

A: Absolutely not! We’ve specifically designed our program to be as enjoyable as possible. That’s why we created a full grocery list and recipe guide so that you can make healthier versions of your favorite foods. You won’t be required to juice, load up on supplements, or powders. This is a whole, fresh, local, seasonal foods approach to cleaning and detoxifying your body naturally.

Q: How long will I have to eat clean for?

A: This program is designed for you to move into a clean diet at your own pace. The goal will be to achieve living in the 80/20 zone–meaning you eat clean 80% of the time, and are allowed to indulge the other 20%– except for the one week of strict elimination for our Advanced Clean Eaters.

Q: Are there any side effects? Should I expect to feel light-headed, have headaches, cravings, etc?

A: It is possible. If you are new to clean eating and experience unpleasant side effects from the release of toxins we have suggestions in our guide to help you reduce them. We recommend taking it slow if you are transitioning from a junk food diet to a healthy clean one. Make sure to stay hydrated and drink 6-8 glasses of water per day. If you do begin experiencing detox symptoms, please share in the Facebook group so that one of our team members can support you!

Q: Is it ok to eat animal protein or will I have to exclusively eat plant protein?

A: Yes, we offer different levels where you can choose to include clean animal proteins into the recipes. We also offer a wide range of recipes, so you’ll be covered whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, paleo, or omnivore.

Q: Why are certain foods not in this program?

A: The foods we recommend eliminating from your diet are common allergenic foods. Some people may not be aware that eggs, nuts, etc. are allergens. This program will help ease your digestive system so you can discover if any foods may be affecting you negatively.

Q: What do I need to get started?

A: All your need is your computer, internet connection, a Facebook account, and basic kitchen items.

Q: I am a picky eater, not very adventurous. What if I don’t like the recipes?

A: Many of us coaches were also picky eaters. We encourage you to try some new foods that you may just fall in love with. If you are certain you don’t like a food or need to avoid it for other reasons we are happy to teach you how to make substitutions.

Q: How will I know this program will work for me?

A: We encourage all clean eaters to pledge to give this program 100%. We have never had client fail to reach their goals when doing so!

Q: Is there a guarantee?

A: Yes, If you joined our program, tried the recipes, did the recommendations, and participated in the group and still feel that is program couldn’t help transform your life then of course we will offer you a full or partial refund based upon our team’s review.

Note: It is important to consult your physician before beginning any new eating or exercise program. This is a clean eating program designed to teach you the difference between foods that that fuel you and foods that cause problems in your body.
